Job Description:	Qualifications and experience: • Bachelors Degree in Engineering in civil with 10 years experience in road construction. Must be able to read drawings and redesign where necessary. Must be able to take quantities from reading of drawings and prepare new bill of quantities where necessary. He must be able to manage the road and bridges site and relate with clients when necessary.
